Mission:
Our challenge was to promote Hollywood Bowl as a top choice venue for birthday parties and a great leisure activities for families to enjoy.
Campaign Objectives:
- Reach kids and families across the UK
- Promote birthday parties at Hollywood Bowl
- Raise awareness of the many sites up and down the country
- Drive bookings
Solution:
In January 2019, Hollywood Bowl sponsored Weekend Mornings on Fun Kids. With sponsorship credits, adverts and cross station promotion, we created a buzz around Hollywood Bowl and reached families as they were enjoying their weekend leisure time hanging out together.
To further drive awareness we ran a competition giving away a birthday party at Hollywood Bowl, plus every guest at the party also won a free bowling session at their local branch.
This was supported with social media promotion and mentions in our email newsletter to parents.
Results:
- 12 million on-air impacts
- 7.6 – 9.9 opportunities to hear per listener
- 1,300 competition entries
- 2,680 newsletter opens
